Marisa Berenson, celeberrima It Girl degli anni ’70, nonché nipote della leggendaria stilista Elsa Schiaparelli, firmerà le copie del libro Marisa Berenson - A Life in Pictures
il prossimo 30 novembre nel Dover Street Market (17-18 Dover Street, London W1S 4LT). Al primo piano dello store londinese, dalle 18 alle 19, infatti, chi vorrà potrà farsi autografare il volume che raccoglie oltre 300 scatti che la vedono protagonista. Dalle foto di backstage agli scatti rubati alla vita privata, A life in Pictures, edito da Rizzoli New York, vuole ripercorrere per immagini non solo la vita della Berenson ma anche la storia della moda e del cinema. Alla voluminosa raccolta hanno lavorato Steven Meisel, che ha editato le fotografie, Hamish Bowles che ha curato l’introduzione e Diane von Furstenberg che ha scritto i testi. L’appuntamento del 30 novembre è da segnare in agenda se si vuole incontrare la donna “colpevole” di aver ammaliato il mondo della moda e del cinema per decadi.
Marisa Berenson, celebrated It Girl in the 1970s, as well as granddaughter of legendary designer Elsa Schiaparelli, will be signing copies of the book Marisa Berenson – A Life in Pictures November 30th from 6pm to 7pm in Dover Street Market (17-18 Dover Street, London W1S 4LT) on the First Floor. The book brings together more than 300 images featuring the model. From backstage shots to private life photos, “A Life in Pictures”, published by Rizzoli New York, wants to trace Berenson life, fashion, and cinema history image by image. The photographer Steven Meisel worked on the lavish collection, Hamish Bowles edited the introduction and Diane von Furstenberg who wrote the texts.
