A Sunday evening in Frosinone at the Benito Stirpe Stadium We were there at the challenge between Frosinone and Pisa

On Sunday we went to the Stadio Benito Stirpe to watch the match between Frosinone and Pisa, two of the most in-form teams in the cadet championship, who faced each other in a real no-holds-barred battle that ended in a draw. A draw, however, that does not stop the ambitions of the ciociari, who currently occupy the first position in the standings, wanting to demonstrate the strength of a group more than fit and increasingly willing to amaze and reach important goals, such as the Serie A.

From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by a vibrant atmosphere full of passion for the gialloazzurri colours, watching the match in a very warm Curva Nord, packed to capacity and sold out for the occasion. We had the honour of a closer look at a stadium like few others in Italy, inaugurated only in 2017. Conceived to leave something to the territory, it was built for the fans, who are the real owners, as Maurizio Stirpe, the current president of the Lions, has stated several times.

And the projects do not stop there, because in the president's mind there is much more. With the 'ciociara identity' project, so called by Maurizio Stirpe himself, he intends to revitalise Frosinone and the surrounding provinces, where he has already purchased several plots of land for what will soon become new youth teams' homes and new sports fields for other teams. In fact, everything will be rethought and designed with a view not only to sport, but to the whole, which will benefit the territory and not just the club.

But the initiatives reserved for the territory do not stop here, since 21 August, the Ciociaria club has presented 'Parte di Noi' (Part of Us). A project that was created to give continuity to the thread between art and sport that Frosinone Calcio has been weaving for years, thus maintaining a stable and strong link with local artists. After the collaborations with the Academy of Fine Arts and the Resilienza d'Artista project, the club has decided to create a direct link between the author and the fan, creating capsule collections in collaboration with different artists, established and emerging, one for each match. They are all produced in limited editions, this weekend we were lucky enough to receive the scarf conceived and designed by Viola Pantano, included by Exibart among the 222 emerging artists to invest in. It is still too early to say whether what DS Angelozzi has done from a sporting point of view has been a good job, but on the other side of the coin Frosinone is the protagonist of more than praiseworthy initiatives, which, without exaggeration, classify it as one of the best, from the stadium in particular to everything else.
