Ronnie Fieg unveiled the KITH x Nike LeBron 15 Long Live The King The founder of the NY-based brand also documented the entire project through a live journal

In the last few days Ronnie Fieg, founder of the KITH brand that worked more than once with adidas Football, posted a couple of pics that teased the upcoming unveiling of the collaboration with LeBron James. Finally, yesterday Fieg showed his new project to the world, presenting the KITH x Nike LeBron 15, based on King James’ latest signature shoe, reworked with KITH’s striking aesthetic.

Is an off-court version of the sneaker realized for the Chosen One by Nike, that features zippers, central or medial depending on the model, on the “Battle-Knit” upper, in addition to a removable strap with the “Long Live The King” writing. The focus of Fieg’s project has been to appreciate LeBron James’ magnificence while we can admire him in action before we’ll be able to do it only through YouTube videos. For this reason, Fieg documented the entire project - since its first concept in September 2016 - through a live journal, to describe the journey with LeBron James step by step, from its conception to its realization.

“With today being one of the most divisive times in history, it’s important that we recognize who our role models are and appreciate them while we still can”, wrote in a letter to LBJ. Just like the Chosen One, this KITH x Nike LeBron 15 wants to leave a mark in the history of sneakers. We’ll wait for further information to see if it will make it.
