Kelly Oubre played with a Supreme shooting sleeve Washington Wizards' small forward broke Twitter by wearing the most hyped brand of the moment

A question: if you have to name the most hyped brand among the new generations, which one would you say? We’re almost sure you’ll name Supreme, and if the hype for the New York-based brand spread so quickly overseas, you can only imagine how’s the situation in the US. An example? Last night, Washington Wizards’ small forward Kelly Oubre sent Twitter into chaos by wearing a shooting sleeve on his leg instead of his arm. Do you want to guess what was wrote on it?

Oh yes, the attentive NBA supporters literally went mad when they saw the white “SUPREME” writing on Oubre’s red sleeve, who wore it during the Wizards game against the Nets in Brooklyn, where a couple of months ago Supreme opened its latest store. The New York-based brand and the league are already involved in a rumored collaboration with NikeLab that should produce three jerseys and three pairs of Air Jordan 1 Mids.

It’s not the first time that we see an NBA player wearing some hyped clothing during games, as we already saw a pair of YEEZY 2s at Nate Robinson’s feet, while the never-boring Nick Young showed the Supreme x Nike Foamposite Ones and the OG YEEZY 750s. And even if we’ll likely see some more Supreme accessories in the future, Kelly Oubre will be able to live with the consciousness of being a brand’s pioneer in the NBA. Verba volant, tweets manent.
