NBA Ugly Christmas Sweaters

Everyone that is even barely aware of what the United States of America and the American people are, knows exactly that on the other side of the ocean they are very loyal to their traditions, finding most of the times a way to make some business out of them (did someone say Thanksgiving?). But with or without the economic validation, we have to admit that no one can beat some of the most imaginative traditions in America, like the one about the Ugly Sweater.

Of course, we’re talking about the ugly Christmas sweater made by grandmas and that every year have been worn ironically until someone thought about calling an “Ugly Christmas Sweaters Day”. No, we’re not joking. The third Friday of December, that this year will be the 15th, is the Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, when everyone has to show up at work, at dinners with friends, and around the city with these terrible sweaters. Of course, the sports world had to do its part and, in fact, NBA rushed to create its own version of the Ugly Sweaters.

On NBA online store (and nbastore.eu for the European fans) the Ugly Sweaters of every NBA team will be available at €65. Of course, also LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Russell Westbrook will be wearing those, but you can bet they’ll look cooler than anyone else. If you won’t miss the opportunity to wear (as bad) as the Americans this Christmas - or Halloween - the NBA Ugly Sweaters are what you’re looking for. You should get used to those. Or so they say.
