Sono stati annunciati i dieci ospiti internazionali del C2C Festival La lineup si espande e fa salire i livelli di hype
In Italy, no other music event currently matches the international scope of C2C Festival. After the first lineup preview was released in February, which marked the exclusive return of Blood Orange six years after his last Italian show, the festival has now confirmed ten additional artists. From October 30 to November 2, over forty thousand attendees are expected in Turin for four days exploring the most relevant currents of avant-pop. The venues remain the same: OGR Torino will host the opening night (Thursday 30) and the closing event (Sunday 2), while the two central nights will take place at Lingotto Fiere, a venue equipped to support the festival’s most advanced stage productions. On Saturday, 1, Floating Points returns with an exclusive DJ set for Italy. That same evening will also feature the C2C debuts of British techno heavyweight Blawan and Los Thuthanaka, the project by siblings Chuquimamani-Condori, blending queer psychedelia, traditional Andean sounds, and digital noise. Completing the lineup is Annahstasia, a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter who fuses folk, soul, and abstract rock.
On Friday 31, the Lingotto stage will welcome Barker, a Berghain resident known for his evolution of beatless IDM and techno, and Mechatok, a producer affiliated with Young and known for collaborations with Bladee and Yung Lean. That same day will also see a live set by Kelman Duran, the Dominican producer Grammy-nominated for his work on Beyoncé’s “Renaissance”, who redefines dembow and reggaeton through ambient textures. The closing night at OGR (Sunday 2) will feature three Italian exclusives: New York rapper billy woods, following the release of his album “Golliwog”; Norwegian duo Smerz, presenting their latest work “Big City Life”; and Irish artist Maria Somerville, set to perform “Luster”, her upcoming debut on 4AD. Among the previously announced highlights are confirmed sets by Four Tet, Nicolas Jaar & Ali Sethi, A. G. Cook, Ecco2k, and the special joint performance by IOSONOUNCANE and Daniela Pes. Additionally, the Stone Island Stage returns as the dedicated dancefloor, with ten artists announced so far — including four national exclusives and one debut — underscoring the festival's focus on Italian firsts. The 23rd edition of C2C will not only be a must-see for fans of electronic music but will also pay tribute to the festival’s founder and director, Sergio Ricciardone, who passed away earlier this year. This year’s edition, titled "Per aspera ad astra", appears to signal a new beginning for the Turin-based festival, and the announcements are likely not over yet.
