To celebrate Monopoly's 87th anniversary, the world's most famous board game has dedicated an extra-large edition to the city of Milan. Extralarge indeed, because among the most important new features is the addition of 12 more squares, necessary to include all areas of the city: from the historic to the most recent ones. From Nolo to City Life, in addition to houses and hotels in this new edition, it will also be possible to build skyscrapers for the first time, while the Contingencies and Odds cards have been customized with the coat of arms of the city of Milan, adapting to the city's customs and traditions. There is the theater performance at La Scala, the sightseeing tour of the Duomo, and the electric car sharing recharge, while in addition to the bills, bus tickets make an appearance, useful for getting around quickly.

First arriving in Italy in 1935, the first version was translated by journalist Emilio Ceretti, who was inspired precisely by the streets and squares of Milan. Over the years, Monopoly has become a staple not only of board games but also of pop culture through a long series of collaborations and versions of all kinds. The latest, Monopoly MEGA Milano, is available at a number of stores in the cities of Milan, including Esselunga, Feltrinelli, FAO Schwarz and Toys Center.
