Longchamp presents at ''Hiddem Treasure'' with Jeremy Scott In New York the Maison celebrates the dialogue between France and the United States and nearly 20 years of collaboration with Jeremy ScotT

From May 26 to 31, 2026, Longchamp is participating in “Hidden Treasure”, the retrospective exhibition organized by the Comité Colbert at The Shed in New York. The event brings together another 68 maisons and celebrates 250 years of dialogue between France and the United States through a selection of emblematic objects capable of telling the historical and creative bonds between the two countries. Conceived as a traveling cabinet of curiosities, the exhibition explores the theme of travel and transatlantic exchanges: the objects will be displayed inside shipping crates, each capable of revealing a piece of the history of the participating maisons.

For this occasion, Longchamp has chosen to highlight the iconic Le Pliage "Greetings from Paris", created in 2014 in collaboration with American designer Jeremy Scott for the opening of the boutique on the Champs-Élysées. The bag will be displayed against a backdrop that retraces the entire partnership, which began in 2006 on the occasion of the opening of the store in SoHo: Longchamp entrusted the designer with the creation of "This is not your bag", a limited-edition luggage line. Captivated by his graphic, pop, and subtly subversive imagery, the maison gave him full creative freedom to reinterpret Le Pliage.

From that first encounter, a creative partnership was born, fueled by the shared determination to challenge the conventions of leather goods and the same joie de vivre. Over the course of two decades, more than 25 models have been launched, transforming Le Pliage into a canvas for artistic expression: humor, pop culture, and irreverence have redefined the model and immediately turned these bags into collectible items. The success of the collaboration has also been amplified by their presence in the celebrity world, worn by the likes of Rita Ora, Elle Fanning, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, and Gigi Hadid.

In parallel with the Comité Colbert exhibition, Longchamp will celebrate nearly two decades of creative friendship with Jeremy Scott in its New York store La Maison Unique, where some of the most representative models of their partnership will be displayed, including Greetings from Paris, Greetings from Hollywood, and Greetings from Paradise — models inspired by travel, luggage, and vintage postcards. The store’s facade will also be dominated by the print of the designer’s first Telephone bag on a vibrant turquoise background. On this occasion, Longchamp and Jeremy Scott will also launch a new exclusive design: Le Pliage "Greetings from New York".

A tribute to the city: the Manhattan skyline is conceived as a travel snapshot; on the back, a handwritten postcard carries the message «Wish you were here! Love, Jeremy.» The limited edition will be available exclusively at La Maison Unique in SoHo and online. With this initiative, Longchamp confirms its bond with art and different forms of creative expression. For years, the maison has supported artists, designers, and emerging talents, promoting a vision of luxury that is open, vibrant, and constantly evolving.
