Pull & Bear gets inspired by Matisse for a summer collection made of shapes and colors We take you to Provence to discover it

As temperatures rise, days grow longer, and sea swims have never been more tempting, Pull & Bear is back with a new capsule collection to fill our wardrobes until at least September. With Pull&bear x Matisse Shapes of Summer, the brand introduces a collection infused with vitamin D, floral patterns, and lightweight pieces that we can already imagine wearing all summer long. Inspired by the visual language of the painter who drew inspiration from organic shapes, vibrant colors, and freedom of spirit, the collection reinvents the summer wardrobe one floral print at a time, using Matisse’s codes to bring to life an experience that celebrates the Mediterranean summer through three dimensions: the sea, the air, and the land. To discover it and celebrate its launch properly, we headed to the best place to kick off a light, colorful summer: the Carrières des Lumières, an immersive art center located in the heart of Provence.

Presented through symbolic installations combining water, sea, and land, the collection is a true ode to summer. With a color palette dominated by blue and white, its multicolored floral prints, oversized overshirts, and wide-leg pants, it marks the encounter between fashion, art, and summer, but above all, offers us a new way to embrace the season. Inspired by the organic shapes so dear to Matisse and the use of colors that defined his work, the summer clothing and accessories serve as a true bridge between the artist’s creative freedom and the vibrant aesthetic of the Mediterranean, all from a consistently contemporary and on-trend perspective.
