BOLD Management acquires The Digital Prototype and enters the French market A new era begins for the renowned talent agency
BOLD Management has announced a major expansion into the French market through the acquisition of a majority stake in The Digital Prototype (TDP). The deal, led by the Ykone Group, marks a further strategic step towards consolidating its leading role in the talent management sector in Europe. This integration not only strengthens BOLD’s presence in France but also significantly expands the agency’s talent portfolio. The stated goal is ambitious: to transform BOLD into the leading European agency for managing high-profile talent, with a roster increasingly made up of creators with over one million followers. Founded by Enrico De Finis in 2018, BOLD Management operates globally with offices in Milan, Madrid, London, Dubai, and Paris, and is known for connecting influential talents with top international brands in the fields of fashion, music, and film through cutting-edge digital strategies. Currently, the agency manages over 100 talents, thanks to a multicultural and international team.
On the other hand, The Digital Prototype, founded in 2019 by Robin Martin-Chave and enriched in 2021 with the arrival of Adeline Verdan, has become a benchmark in the French landscape. With 20 top-level talents and over 500 brand campaigns managed each year, TDP has stood out particularly in the fashion and beauty sectors. «We have always believed in the power of international synergies and cross-market collaboration,» said Enrico De Finis, founder and global director of BOLD Management. «With TDP, we are not only expanding our geographic presence, but also welcoming a team with shared values and a strong reputation in the fashion and beauty sectors. Together, we are ready to redefine the standards of European talent management.» Following the acquisition, Robin Martin-Chave and Adeline Verdan will continue to lead operations in France, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of services for talents and clients. A move that marks an important evolution for BOLD, increasingly positioning itself as a key player in the new era of international talent management.
