The new generation portrayed by Zalando

Zalando's inclusive narrative continues with new campaign

The new generation portrayed by Zalando Zalando's inclusive narrative continues with new campaign

Zalando's new campaign, Portraits of the New Generation, is the result of a collaboration between Europe's leading fashion and lifestyle platform and a number of creatives called upon to add a new dimension to the season's most coveted garments. Paris-based designer Edem Dossou invited his close friends such as photographer Justin French, consultant Laurence Kleinknecht, casting director DJ Dourane and model and singer Melissa Bon to showcase their individual and unique styles from Zalando's current designer range.

The new generation that participated in the shoots reinterpreted some of the looks of the biggest designer brands available on Zalando today, in the style of the yearbook: 3.1 Phillip Lim, A.W.A.K.E. MODE, Bally, Christopher Kane, MM6 Maison Margiela, Marni, MOSCHINO, Paco Rabanne, Proenza Schouler, Rokh, and Vivienne Westwood. The campaign features individual portraits and group photos shot by photographer Justin French, with styling by Dossou and was produced by Kitten Productions. Zalando's narrative once again opens up to promote the themes of sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
