Moncler's collection inspired by the world of basketball Part of the brand's SS21 proposal and entitled "Holding Court"
Basketball is the main inspiration behind Holding Court, Moncler's segment featuring a range of apparel for the SS21 season. The athletic declination of Moncler's traditional language moves through the innovation of materials and chooses as its protagonist special nylon ripstop with a glossy finish that adds a shade of activewear to the traditional Moncler windproof jacket model.
Highlights of the collection are certainly the three outerwear pieces that guide the collection: the Lappe vest, reworking in a lime green version of Moncler's traditional padded vest that allows maximum freedom of movement; the Agar spring jacket, inspired by an archive model, with boudin quilting, a light down padding and a double slider zip to customize the fit; and the Marly windbreaker, structured in nylon with icy finishes and equipped with elastic pads for perfect adherence to the body. The collection is completed by a series of cotton sweatshirts with oversized volumes, shorts and sports pants and two caps decorated in a tye-dye pattern.
