A Raf Simons archive book is coming Spanning two books over 700 pages

Few people inhabit the title of a fashion designer in its true essence as well as Raf Simons. The Belgian designer has for over three decades left an indelible mark on the contemporary fashion landscape, the importance of which is hard to fathom. Publisher IDEA Books has now announced the release of an archive book that in great detail compiles his work from 1996-2001 and 2001-2006 respectively, split between two books “No text. Just numbers. Two big black books. 1996-2001 and 2001-2006,” spreading over 700 pages, the books cover more than 700 pieces in a full decade of Simon’s career. Including such iconic pieces as Touched by the hand of Raf, Refuse and recycle, and The Kinetic Youth cassette shirts, the limited edition books are the best catalog of his work during this fruitful period.
