The nss kicks talents at White Street Market

During White Street Market, nss had a special area designated to our passion for sneakers under the banner nss kicks. Besides providing a place for heads to meet and enjoy nerding out over kicks, we’d invited a number of artists that have taken sneakers as their preferred medium. Agent 33 from France, who creates what he in his own words call “Frankenstein” hybrids of various sneakers to create unique loveable monsters, who also ran a competition where visitors could compete in creating their own hybrids, via the brand new kicks Generator app. the best of which Agent 33 would turn into a reality.

Rudy Lim from Korea showed off his amazing sneaker anatomy sculptures of beloved silhouettes that feel like they belong in a natural history museum. The hyped illustrator Stomper Haus, based out of LA, who’s blown up due to his great caricature illustrations of sneakers has pushed his art even further by now creating 3D sculptures of one of his most beloved drawings, the OFF-White Air Jordan 1’s. The local boy from DCJ Snkrs provided sneaker care and a workshop to provide an insight into their world of sneaker customization. nss had the chance to interview each of the artists, watch the nss kicks recap video below to discover what went down and hear more from the artists themselves about their craft.
