Acne Studios launches a capsule collection with Fjällräven Swedish fever

For the first time in its history, Fjällräven launches a collection in collaboration with another brand.

The chosen partner is Acne Studios, which has reworked some of the most iconic pieces of the company specialized in the world of outdoor and technical clothing.

"When Acne Studios approached us we were honored, but curious too, because we’ve never done anything like this before. - writes the Swedish label in a press release - "The result is a unique collection that embodies the timeless functionality of Fjällräven and the artistic approach of Acne Studios, while creating something completely new”.

In this way, pieces like the Expedition Down Jacket are enriched with new details: from faux fur applications to reflective inserts, from larger pockets to pink panels to the edges of the parkas or to the zippers that transform technical trousers into shorts.

Another example? The Kånken is reimagined in three different variants: the legendary and classic backpack; a new version that can be transformed into a messenger bag, equipped with various compartments; and a mini Kånken clutch.

The result is a colorful and fun proposal that perfectly blends the timeless functionality of Fjällräven garments and the unique attitude of Acne Studios.

The limited edition will be available from September 6th at Acne Studios shops and e-shop and in selected Fjällräven retailers.
