"OBEY GIANT" exclusively at White Street Market

A docu-film tells the story of the famous "Hope" illustrator

OBEY GIANT exclusively at White Street Market A docu-film tells the story of the famous Hope illustrator

OBEY was born on the street, or better, from the street art, from graffiti that have always decorated the walls of big metropolis, a symbol of free artistic expression and of the need to communicate when words are not enough.

Behind OBEY Clothing there is Shepard Fairey, an American illustrator, famous for giving life to Hope, the graphic with the colorful face of former President Obama, with which he illegally covered the city walls, unleashing a media phenomenon never seen before.

On the occasion of White Street Market, OBEY will be once again the protagonist of a special screening: OBEY GIANT. A docu-film directed by James Moll and produced by James Franco, Jennifer Howell and Elysium Bandini Studios, set to tell the story of a man whose creations, today, are permanent symbols of that art that, born as a graphic, has become fashion. Sunday, June 17th, at 4:00 pm, White Street Market will present to its guests exclusivly OBEY GIANT, for an afternoon full of street culture.
