Belvedere Vodka invited us to discover their historic distillery in Warsaw Here's how it went
This autumn, Belvedere Vodka invited us to Warsaw to discover the Polish capital and get closer to the origins of one of the world's most popular vodka maisons. It is in Poland, a country with over 600 years of vodka-making tradition, that Belvedere was born — a world where heritage and innovation coexist to create spirits that are always open to new ideas. From the refinement of Belvedere Organic Vodka, crafted from organic Polish rye, to the exclusivity of Belvedere 10, through to the bolder spirit of Dirty Brew, each expression tells a different facet of the brand.
At the heart of this story is the historic Polmos Żyrardów distillery, just a short distance from Warsaw, where we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the brand's production process. Here, artisanal tradition, cutting-edge technology and meticulous attention to every stage of production are central to the making of each bottle: from rye selection to distillation, every step is guided by precision, quality and a commitment to sustainability.
Warsaw turned out to be far more than just a destination. Dynamic, elegant and full of surprises, it is a city that effortlessly blends historic architecture, contemporary creativity and a vibrant energy. A place made to be experienced, which won us over with every step. Thanks to Belvedere, it had an even more special flavour.
