--01 How is Paris nowadays?

Paris is very exciting on many levels. There’s a new generation that is taking over the city in fashion, art, food and drinks, architecture, music, cinema…there’s something very interesting to do everyday. I’m totally in love with Paris

--02 Where is your happy place/sanctuary in Paris and why?

My happy place will always be at home, drinking my Moroccan mint tea. That’s when I switch off a little and take a little moment for myself. It’s almost a ritual.

--03 What do you think is the most interesting creative scene in the city right now?

I think it’s the food and drinks industry that’s the most creative scene right now. Because it’s not only about the food and drinks when you go to a restaurant or bar in Paris. It’s also an experience well curated, from the music, architecture, the crowd, the concept. I’m thinking of Folderol, a perfect place where it’s about ice cream and wine and other nice original hybrid places. I believe this industry will be a new thing that will also enter the fashion world more and more. One of our best ambassadors in the food scene in Paris that shakes the capital with great ideas is Julien Pham. Top Man, very inspiring and very humble.

--04 What are 3 places in Paris (bars, clubs, restaurants, stores...) you would bring a friend visiting you to?

I would have lunch to Racines restaurant founded by my great friend Simone Tondo, a genius elegant man with a beautiful heart. This restaurant is a must. One of the best tables in Paris. The food is delicious and the wine divine. I would bring my friend to Soho House, chill in the poolside then have a nice dinner then go to the cabaret downstairs where there’s always a great showcase, interesting panel talk or a nice movie to watch. My other great friend Paul, the head of the house here is the essence of what Paris is right now. And the whole staff is fantastic. I would bring my friend to the concept store One Block Down, great selection of streetwear and books. Edgy brands and innovative collaboration. The team is super cool with great taste.

--05 What is something you believe Paris is currently missing?

I think what’s missing in Paris is human warmth like in Italy,  Japanese discipline, and a little bit of colors ! We mostly all wear Black, and me first ! But yes, a little bit of color
