Bayern Munich opts for red for the home jersey Dedicated to the club's triumphs in Germany

After Liverpool, Bayern Munich is the second club sponsored by adidas to unveil the new home jersey for the 2024/2025 season. The Bavarian club's decision to abandon the color white, opting instead for a jersey distinguished by three different shades of red, is noteworthy. Among its peculiarities, the logo of the commercial sponsor Allianz stands out, positioned on the shoulder, which includes a QR code within it. It is rare to come across a Bayern jersey without white - one of its three social colors alongside red and blue. For the first time in the club's history, the home jersey features three different shades of red, aimed at representing the emotion and tension that fans and players experience during the ninety minutes, as well as the concept of identity, which is of fundamental importance to Bayern Munich. The trio of color shades pays homage to Bayern's trophies won on German soil, being the only club to have won the Treble in Germany, clinching the DFB-Pokal and the Champions League. Also featured on this jersey is the club's motto "Mia san Mia" on the backneck.

But the most striking peculiarity is the QR code contained within the Allianz commercial sponsor logo positioned on the shoulder area. For the first time in football history, a commercial sponsor's logo combines its identity with a QR code that Bayern fans can scan to access exclusive promotions at any time: for example, every 100th kit buyer can obtain a full refund of the list price through the code. This is an innovative choice advanced by Allianz itself, aiming to intensify dialogue with younger fans. The new jersey will be worn for the first time by the women's team in the National Cup final against Wolfsburg on May 9 in Cologne. Tuchel's team, on the other hand, will wear the kit in the final home game of the current season, scheduled three days later at the Allianz Arena, also against Wolfsburg.

The home jersey is already available on the team's website and adidas' website as well as at official stores.
