Y-3 has designed the Real Madrid fourth kit The new chapter of one of the most important partnerships in European football

At a distance of ten years from the first chapter of their collaboration, Real Madrid, adidas, and Y-3 have launched a new matchwear collection. Needless to say, the highlight is the fourth kit of the Merengues in purple, featuring a design with two roses positioned at the top and bottom of the shirt, along with Yohji Yamamoto's embroidered signature. There will also be two goalkeeper jerseys available, one in orange and one in green. Launched with a video showing the Blancos players battling it out in a black and white video reminiscent of a fashion campaign, the jersey represents the ever-growing connection between football and fashion brands. A connection that Yamamoto embodied before anyone else thanks to his label created in collaboration with the Three Stripes, and still today remains one of the most anticipated and interesting names in the fashion world.

In addition to the collection, there is also a pre-match tracksuit featuring a rose extending from the shoulder to the chest. The pre-match suit maintains the club's elegance with the use of translucent material in total white. Along with the matchwear and travelwear collections, there will also be a limited edition model of adidas Y3 Predator 24 in total white with only the tongue in black and the contrasting signature of the Japanese designer. After the first piece of this new collection was revealed through an iconic photo featuring two number 5's from Real Madrid, both past and present, Zinedine Zidane and Jude Bellingham, the entire collection is set to be released on March 27th.
