The 48th edition of the Copa América, scheduled from June 20th to July 14th, 2024, will take place in 14 cities across the United States. Latin American footballers are gearing up to step onto the grass of as many sports venues wearing their new kits, which adidas released just a few hours ago alongside those of the European national teams. The home and away versions of Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Venezuela are already available, featuring unique patterns, gold details, and a reimagining of the Teamgeist template inserts. The Three Stripes have managed to unleash their creativity by combining their heritage with that of the national teams. Among the new details introduced on the shirts by the German brand, one of the most innovative is hidden inside the collar: it is a support system capable of preserving the structure of a zone of the jersey that tends to alter its silhouette during gameplay.

Argentina, the reigning champion of the Copa América and the World Cup, will appear at the event wearing a home shirt that, thanks to the adidas logo and gold emblem, pays tribute to the recent trophies that have enriched its collection. Unlike the Albiceleste, Chile experiments with a diamond pattern on the classic red front of the shirt; Peru relies on the traditional design characterized by a diagonal sash across the white base of the jersey. In contrast, Colombia and Mexico have opted for patterns that are likely to be the most memorable of the competition. The Los Cafeteros shirt features a phoenix on the side panels, symbolizing energy and transformation. The home jersey of the Mexican National Team, on the other hand, stands out for a front-to-back pattern, a choice similar to that of the Belgian and German national teams. The pattern on the home shirt represents eagle feathers, an iconic symbol of the Mexican National Team crest. Closing the list is Venezuela, whose national team will play in a monochrome shirt without Teamgeist inserts.

Just like in the home versions, in the away versions, all the national teams have opted for a template featuring Teamgeist inserts. While in the home versions, such as on the Argentina and Colombia shirts, the inserts blend in with the shirt's color base, in all away jerseys, they are clearly visible. The most imaginative choice comes from Peru, which has decided not to go for monochromatic inserts, opting instead for a zebra pattern in red and black. Meanwhile, the inserts of the Argentina and Chile shirts are respectively embellished with horizontal blue and white stripes, and the same diamonds seen on the home version. Peru, on the other hand, maintains its minimalistic approach even for the away version. The aesthetics of Mexico and Colombia remain unchanged, dominating the away kit rankings as well. Mexico's shirt reinterprets another element from the crest, namely the snake, represented with an all-over pattern; the Colombian National Team, for the away version, opts for a "smokey" pattern on a black base.
