For the creation of AC Milan's fourth kit for the 2023/24 season, PUMA collaborated with the innovative Los Angeles streetwear brand, PLEASURES. Named Out of The Shadows, the kit comes in two versions that draw from the punk, metal, and grunge influences of the Los Angeles streetwear brand, as well as the beauty of Milan's Gothic architecture. The kit is available in two contrasting colorways (black and pristine), symbolizing the transition from sunset to sunrise and representing the spirit of Rossoneri fans from Milan to Los Angeles. The colorways not only represent different moments of the day in Milan but also seek to connect with the global Rossoneri fanbase. Additionally, both versions of the kit feature reflective logos, a novelty for Milan.

The two versions of the kit will be used in two matches as significant as they are crucial for the Rossoneri's season. In the home game against Napoli on February 11, players will wear the black version while the goalkeeper will sport the pristine version, creating a visual contrast on the field. In the away game against Monza on February 18, the jerseys will be inverted.

The groundbreaking design will also be worn by AC Milan's women's team in the derby against Inter scheduled for February 17. Olivier Giroud, AC Milan forward and PUMA ambassador, commented on the new kit: "I'm excited to wear this beautiful kit on the field. It's unlike anything I've seen before, with two versions that can be used by both the goalkeeper and players. This demonstrates the creativity and innovation of PUMA, AC Milan, and PLEASURES, who have created a kit with cutting-edge design and a surprising concept that truly captures the essence of Milan's legacy and ambition." Marco Mueller, PUMA Senior Head of Product Line Management Teamsport Apparel, stated: "Working on this kit allowed us to creatively merge Milan's iconic street style with PLEASURES' distinctive touch. We aimed for a design that resonates with the atmosphere of both Los Angeles and Milan and with AC Milan's history. The collaboration was an opportunity to push the boundaries of traditional kit design, ensuring that every element is infused with innovation, culture, and the Club's global imprint."

The two versions of the kit were unveiled yesterday in Milan during an exclusive event in collaboration with Slam Jam, where AC Milan players, VIPs, and media had the opportunity to see the jerseys for the first time. Simultaneously, the kits were also revealed in Los Angeles through guerrilla posting activities.
