Inter Miami revealed its new home kit

After the great success of last season's kit, on which the Lionel Messi arrival had a decisive influence, Inter Miami today unveiled its home kit, which is of course produced by adidas, the MLS's sole sponsor. Dubbed "The 2getherness Jersey", the jersey represents the duality of the South Florida club, which is based in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The colour is, of course, the already iconic pink with black detailing that made last year's Inter Miami jersey one of the best-selling of the season. In this case, a bolder shade of pink has been chosen to give the jersey more texture.

This time there is no collar but a simpler crew neck, while the adidas, club and commercial sponsor logos have been placed in the centre, giving the jersey a vintage effect. The MLS logo has been placed on the left sleeve instead. The club's motto - Freedom to Dream & Libertad Para Soñar - can be read in English and Spanish on the back of the neck and the bottom of the jersey respectively, emphasising the duality of the club that the name of the jersey underlines. Possibly the last jersey that Lionel Messi will wear in a professional football league, it will make its debut on 22 February when Inter Miami take on Real Salt Lake at home on the first matchday of the new MLS season.
