Parma is back with PUMA The Emilian team made the switch to the German brand official after twenty-five years

The first rumors had been circulating since November, but today the official announcement of the move from Parma Calcio to PUMA has arrived. After almost twenty years with Erreà, the team from Emilia will now be sponsored again by the German brand that already supplied Gialloblù's jerseys from 1995 to 1998. These were among Parma's best years, as the team finished second in the championship in 1996/97 thanks to goals from Hernán Crespo and Enrico Chiesa and won the UEFA Cup against Marseille the following year.

The club, now in the hands of American Kyle Krause, has therefore opted for PUMA to reposition itself in Italian football, which counts. The club is now increasingly in the triad of the biggest technical sponsors along with Nike and adidas, and is a historic sponsor of a Gialloblu legend like Gianluigi Buffon. And it was the new owners who broke the long link between Parma and Erreà, which has been with the club since its re-founding and therefore also owns a small stake in the club. Now the team is dreaming of its glorious 90s again, with a partnership that will be presented during the event night on Wednesday 17 May at Castello di Felino.
