Kappa Cup is here, the itinerant tournament that celebrates the rituality of five-a-side football Three triangles in Milan, Naples and Rome between representatives of local communities between a dj set and a beer on the sidelines

Five-a-side football is not the younger brother of eleven-a-side football, a reduction in scale of the most popular sport in the world, but a real culture made up of weekly meetings, teams that change as needed and third time together after the shower. It is precisely this ritual that makes football a unique moment, an oasis of peace in the midst of everyday life where there is only the ball, the field and the friends of a lifetime. A relaxed atmosphere, where you can have fun and be together, creating a community on and off the field between a punt, a beer and the inevitable locker room talk.

And it is precisely to celebrate these values that Kappa Cup was born, the tournament created by Kappa, which will take place in three stages in Milan, Naples and Rome. Each event will see the participation of three teams belonging to communities, artistic and cultural collectives that animate and define the identity of the city, thus strengthening the relationship between sport and the territory through the most beautiful game.

The first triangular match will take place in Milan on May 14th at the Centro Sportivo M6 in Via Luigi Mengoni 5, between the selections of Calcetto Eleganza, Kappa Futur Festival and Outline. The event will start at 17.00 for three matches of 45 minutes each that will decide the winner. After the triple whistle all the participants in the triangular and the public will join in an aperitif on the field of play to the rhythm of the dj set by Eleganza Soundsystem. On May 28 will follow the second stage in Naples, at Cabyria Green Park in Viale Virgilio 12, where the teams of Barrio, Cozy Community and nss sports will face each other with no holds barred, before enjoying a well-deserved refreshment thanks to the culinary specialties of the Neapolitan city. On June 4 it will be the turn of Rome, which will host the Orange Futbol Club in Via Olimpionici 71, and will see the teams of Ginnika, Ultimo Uomo and Touch The Wood compete.

Each team will wear a custom jersey created for the occasion by Kappa on the design of kit creators MaverFootball, Emmegraphic and mc.design. All participants will also be provided with a custom kit that will include a tote bag, a towel, stickers and banners all featuring the Kappa Cup logo.
