St. Pauli has designed a new game kit to raise awareness towards the ever-present issue of racism, in soccer and in society, which will be worn in the next two Bundesliga seasons. The jersey was made by the club itself is gray with a black V-neck and features black panels under the arms that fade to the gray of the rest of the jersey. The same fading effect was also used on the cuffs and shoulders while the slogan "No place for racism" (Kein Platz für Rassismus) was placed on the chest. The jersey was produced in collaboration with sponsors Congstar, whose logo was shrunk to make room for the message while the club's logo was modified using the colors of the rainbow, further showing their solidarity with minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community in particular.

Made as always in-house, under the DIY (do it yourself) label, the jersey marks another step in the social mission of the German club, which has always been extremely careful to combine the sporting and social aspects through initiatives linked to its community and the values it embodies. Last May, the club created a game jersey with the slogan "No soccer for fascists" (Fußball den Faschisten) on the chest, chosen by the fans, one of the most politicized and aligned towards the extreme left.

The jersey is already available on the club's online shop, here, at a price of 69.95 euros, 10 of which will be paid to local associations that fight the problem of racism on a daily basis.
