Five football matches to watch this weekend It starts on Friday and ends on Monday, with a derby, top matches and the FA Cup in the middle

Another week has flown away quickly, also because the European Cups are back, and another great football weekend is about to arrive: in the sports schedule, however, the Premier League will be missing, because it's the FA Cup time. Two important notices for you: make sure you have an active DAZN account and above all, more importantly, do not make any commitments either on Friday or Monday night, because this time the weekend will be longer than usual.

Palermo - Brescia

when: Friday 15/2 at 9pm

where: Stadio Renzo Barbera/DAZN

If you really do not care about Juventus-Frosinone, who will play at the same time, then tune into the big match of Serie B between the leaders Brescia and Palermo, second with only one point less from the Rondinelle. The two teams, if today ended the league, would both go to Serie A, but they are living two opposite periods: Palermo is going through a corporate crisis that seems to never end, while the Brescia is in a brilliant form period (unbeaten from November).

Rayo Vallecano - Atletico Madrid

when: Saturday 16/2 at 4:15pm

where: Estadio Teresa Rivero/DAZN

What's better than a hipster Madrid derby to watch on Saturday afternoon dozing on the sofa? In Vallecas there's the clash between the 'small' Rayo, always in the relegation zone and desperately searching for points, and Simeone's Atletico Madrid in the eve of the Champions League match against Juventus, scheduled on Wednesday. The gap between the two teams is huge, but as they say in these cases, the ball is round.

Atalanta - AC Milan

when: Saturday 16/2 at 8:30pm

where: Atleti Azzurri d'Italia/DAZN

The Azzurri d'Italia challenge comes at the right time, given that both the neroazzurri and the rossoneri are living the best moment of the season: Atalanta (which we remember, has the best goal scoring in the league) with a win overcome AC Milan taking the fourth place; the Gattuso's boys instead have recently rediscovered themselves strong as never before, granting quite nothing. The clash is unpredictable, that's why Saturday evening we decline any invitation to dinner to enjoy it.

Inter Milan - Sampdoria

when: Sunday 17/2 at 6pm

where: S. Siro/Sky Sport

The umpteenth storm has struck in the last hours on Inter Milan, which recently was trying to solve the problem with Nainggolan: the neroazzurri are back from two important wins thanks to Lautaro Martinez goals (match winner in Parma and Vienna) and now await Samp at San Siro. What will happen with the former captain Icardi, will he be on the pitch or will he miss the game? That against the Dorians is also a very delicate match for ranking reasons, as Quagliarella & teammates are fighting for a place in Europe.

Chelsea - Manchester United

when: Monday 17/2 at 8:30pm

where: Stamford Bridge/DAZN

As we said earlier, this weekend there's not the Premier League leaves but the FA Cup. And among the round of 16 matches stands out without doubt a Chelsea-Manchester United that would be at least a semifinal, if not more. Remember that the game is not double, with the replay scheduled only in case of a tie, changing the pitch: in the league, last October, ended 2-2, now Sarri has an important chance to try to make the 6-0 defeat against City immediately forget.
