Diesel and L.R. Vicenza Football Club together to save the Asiago woods

Last October, a storm hit the Asiago's Plateau, in the Veneto region, causing the fall of hundreds of thousands of trees. For the redevelopment of the area, L.R. Vicenza Football Club, owned by the founder of Diesel Renzo Rosso, took to the field with a special initiative.

The Vicenza's footballers posed for a calendar, 12 shots in which the players posed shirtless, wearing only a pair of jeans and the underwear line of the latest Diesel's collections. The photographs were taken by the English photographer Julian Hargreaves. The style is retro, similar to the old postcards, with the classic "greetings from..". The goal is to unite the city and the territory with a historic team, in which have played players like Paolo Rossi and Roberto Baggio.

The calendar will be available on L.R. Vicenza sales channel and all the proceeds will be going to the OTB Foundation, a Renzo Rosso charity company. The copies will also be sold and autographed by white-red players during the traditional Christmas dinner, on December 17th, a charity event where will also be attended by personalities from the football and entertainment world.
