"OFFSIDE" the first film football festival comes to Milan

OFFSIDE is coming to Italy for the first time ever!
For those who never heard anything about it, OFFSIDE is an international film festival dedicated to football and culture conceived in 2004 in Spain byOriol Rodriguez. The first ever Italian edition will take place in Milan at the Fabbrica del Vapore (via Procaccini 4) from May 25 to 27, for a three-day event that will feature 7 feature films, documentaries and 7 short films about the football world, as well as ten meetings with journalists and industry experts.
The festival was born in Barcelona from the minds behind the famous football magazine Panenka, and it has become one of the most watched sports cinematic festivals in the world, with 36 editions organized in New York, Rio de Janeiro, Athens, Paris and many other cities. The Milan edition of the end of May will give the chance to watch some unpublished documentaries and films in our country and as well to watch the Champions League final between 

Program

One of the most anticipated titles in competition is Mario Bucci's Una Meravigliosa Stagione Fallimentare about the last season before Bari's failure, The Last Yugoslavian Team by Vuk Janic and Gascoigne by Jane Preston. All films will be introduced by exceptional guests and international partners, including journalists, bloggers, authors and directors such as Stefano Borghi and Roberto Gotta from FoxSports, Rosario Triolo, Tommaso Lavizzari and Oriol Rodriguez, founder of the Festival. The first edition of Offside in Italy will be presented by Lapo De Carlo, director of the fledgling Radio Monte Carlo Sports Network and the award ceremony is organized by the jury, chaired by Paolo Geremei and consists of several elements from the world of sports, institutions, the cinematography and journalism. How to participate

To live fully all the festival there is a full three days subscription for 31,30 euros. Otherwise, it is possible to buy a single day subscription for 12,50 euros or tickets for individual films at a cost of 6 euros. Tickets are on sale on the official Offside website and it is still possible to participate in the crowdfunding campaign with discounts and special prizes for all participants.
