When Juventus meets Supreme Federico Faccioli imagined what could happens if Juventus logo was re-interpreted in a Supreme way

In the past months, we’ve talked a lot about Juventus restyling, about the new logo and the attempt to make football always more appealing for the market, in an optic of global openness that the beautiful game is living right now.
The reactions to that work were different; there was who yelled to the sacrilege, due to the excessive destructuration of the typical football crest, and who was fascinated by the idea, figuring it already on the future Juventus jerseys and its merchandising.
The Cuadrado-gate gave us the chance to value the effective result of the operation, at least on the on-pitch side.

It was that project to push Federico Faccioli to launch his own. It is a Supreme re-interpretation of the Juventus identity, with a series of accessories and garments. We’ve reach Federico in order to know more about the project. This is what he told us:

«This project was born right after the recent restyling of Juventus logo. The brave upload of the identity of the Turin club was in the media for a long time. I really liked it but I asked to myself “and if I should make it, how would I’ve done it?” I understood that the logo was made in order to be able to overcome the normal football boundaries and be a real fashion brand rather than only a football one. What if… Juventus proposed a “Supreme” style? So I developed the brand, the lookbook, and a mini-collection ready for the “fake” drop and finally the website. Everything in a Supreme style. Unfortunately, the Juventus word is a trademark so I opted for giuventus.com, also recalling the famous Italian actor Abatantuono».
