Khloé Kardashian is coming under fire for wearing a niqab in a selfie posted to Instagram while vacationing in Dubai.

Khloé shared the image of her dressed in the veil to her 22.9 million followers on Tuesday with the caption "Habibi Love." Habibi is a casual Arabic term of endearment, with a meaning similar to "beloved."

Commenters almost immediately pounced on the image, calling Khloé out for cultural appropriation.
