Rihanna has launched a Styling, Hair & Beauty agency

If your dream is to work for Rihanna’s team, we have a good news for you: the queen of pop 2.0 has just founded a talent agency called Fr8me, which gathers the best stylists, hair-stylists and make up artists nowadays.

To be part of the agency being a talented professional is not enough: you need to be popular on social media. Benoit Demouy, managing partner of the agency, confirms that: "The industry's changed so much. Rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we're concerned with social media, too. We'll take a make-up artist with 500,000 followers over someone else".
