Is Alexander Wang leaving Balenciaga?

Rumors see Alexander Wang in contrast with Balenciaga for the renewal of the contract.

Wang – who was appointed creative director of the House in December 2012 after Nicolas Ghesquière left for Louis Vuitton – claimed to be satisfied of the growth of the company while the brand owned by Kering wants to boost its profits.

At the moment we only know Wang is working on the SS16 Balenciaga collection that will be presented during Paris Fashion Week in September.

Will Wang follow Marc Jacobs footsteps deciding to dedicate himself entirely to his own label?
