Dov Charney fights against American Apparel go on strong AA founder and ex CEO is having a hard time

The fights of Dov Charney against his creature go on strong. After having been fired from American Apparel – of which he was CEO and founder – with heavy accusations of sexual harassments, the Delaware Court of Chancery has granted AA a temporary restraining order that prohibits him to breach any of the standstill terms that were agreed upon last year, including making negative statements in the press regarding the company’s board members or its employees, as he had done publicly in the past months. In the meantime, he asked for 40 million dollars in damages by claiming a breach of contract.

An endless fight that didn’t affect the profits of the stores of the double A, now 280 located all over the world.
