MISENITHE transforms her SS27 into an "Artist's House" A story that begins with the days of two young artists, between painting, ceramics and fashion

For its debut on the official Milano Fashion Week calendar, MISENITHE presents CASA D'ARTISTA, the SS27 collection through which the brand founded by Lucia Borini and Anna Lardì places at its centre the relationship that has always connected it to art. The season's narrative draws inspiration from the days of two young artists living in a Milanese apartment, a place where creative work blurs into everyday life. The reference point is Milan's museum-homes, with their rooms inhabited by paintings, books and objects.

Across the garments, MISENITHE maintains the clean lines and controlled proportions that define the brand, this time looking to Italian art and architecture of the late 1960s and translating modernist rigour into a contemporary wardrobe. The entire collection is produced in Italy, relying on a specialised local supply chain, premium Italian materials and tailored construction.

The connection to art also runs through two collaborations. The first is with painter Nicolò Guarraci: elements of his work — built on essential figures, symbols and strong colour contrasts — enter the collection in the form of prints and details. The second involves ceramicist Leonardo Pedergnani of 25030 STUDIO, who worked alongside the brand to develop a series of abstract sculptural brooches inspired by the irregular forms and textured surfaces that characterise his ceramic practice. The set design, meanwhile, is the work of WANTstudio, the Milan-based studio founded by Michela Alquati. Here, fashion and design are brought into the same space through sharp volumes, sculptural presences and dynamic lighting.
