More than fifteen years after her first appearance on the brand's runway, Cara Delevingne returns to rag & bone. This time, however, fashion is almost in the background. For the Fall 2026 campaign, the New York label decided to follow Delevingne into the new chapter of her career — music — accompanying her during her live debut and turning the behind-the-scenes of the tour into the story of the new collection.

The relationship between rag & bone and Cara Delevingne dates back to 2011, when the model walked for the brand for the first time. The collaboration reignited this summer almost spontaneously: during her performances, Delevingne had already begun wearing rag & bone pieces, including the Essential Rib Tank and the Logan Featherweight Denim. The Fall 2026 campaign therefore brings before the lens something that, at least according to the brand, was already happening far from the logic of advertising.

Shot during a performance at Baby's All Right in New York, the campaign follows Delevingne from soundcheck to stage, through dressing rooms and the moments leading up to the show. At the center are three pieces that rag & bone considers its new uniform: the Sutton Cigarette Jean, the Mercer Regalia Blazer, and the Newbury Chelsea Boot.

rag & bone wants to take us back to the New York of the 2010s

It is no coincidence that the Newburys are back. In the 2010s, the brand's ankle boots had become a kind of unofficial uniform of downtown New York, and their reissue seems to fit perfectly into the aesthetic revival of that decade that fashion is currently experiencing. The new version retains the original's essential silhouette, updating it through new constructions and variants in leather, suede, burgundy, and leopard hair calf.

It is the same approach that runs through the entire Fall 2026 collection, titled The New Guard. Rather than seeking a new identity, rag & bone revisits its own greatest hits: denim, deconstructed tailoring, leather, cashmere, and outerwear are reworked to build what the brand defines as its own «rag & bone look». Alongside the Sutton comes the Josie Low-Rise Flare Jean, while cropped blazers, suede trench coats, burgundy leather moto jackets, and wool and cashmere coats complete a wardrobe that looks explicitly to the brand's New York origins.
