MA/RÉ: Where French Elegance Meets Japanese Minimalism The new collection is available at La Bonne Pioche all weekend long

Behind MA/RÉ are twin sisters with one obsession: reimagining the men’s shirt to make it the centerpiece of the feminine wardrobe. To achieve this, no unnecessary gimmicks -just a focus on two essentials: fabric and cut. Their choice fell on premium Italian-sourced cotton poplin, crafted with timeless lines. The designers then add subtle twists, such as delicate mother-of-pearl buttons, bows, or side slits.

Committed to a conscious production model, the MA/RÉ wardrobe focuses on a handful of essential pieces designed to last. Alongside the classic Arizona, Kimono, and Signature models, three newcomers join the season: the robe-style shirt, the Grace shirt with its stunning swan neck, and a traditional men's shirt. The latter marks a true return to the original source of inspiration and a delicate way to welcome men into the brand's universe.

With the new collection titled Cherry Blossom Girl, MA/RÉ unveils an original floral pattern that electrifies the line. This print, with its Japanese-inspired flair, is the result of an exclusive collaboration with a French artisan. It awakens a pair of ultra-fresh anise-colored straight trousers and elevates a highly chic black dress. The overall look? A perfect mix of Japanese minimalism and a certain "yéyé" nostalgia.

The event takes place at La Bonne Pioche, in the 11th arrondissement, just steps away from Rue Saint-Maur. This space, blending craftsmanship, vintage finds, and emerging brands, is the ideal spot to stroll and treat yourself throughout the weekend.

La Bonne Pioche, 79 rue de la Fontaine au Roi, 75011 Paris.
