For its new collection, FILA drew inspiration from feelings and desires that the last pandemic year almost erased from our memory. With the Como SS21 collection, FILA wants to bring us back to nature, making us rediscover the adrenaline and happiness that only a day spent hiking with friends can give us.
The collection draws inspiration from Italian landscapes, and in particular from that lake imaginary in which blue skies and clear waters blend together. This inspiration is found in particular in the color palette, that ranges between blues and greens. FILA thus give its own vision of a gorpcore style perfect for the warm weather, in which the performance and technology of the items remain the main feature. It’s the tech details, aimed at an outdoors lifestyle, that make the difference in a capsule that turns to a new generation of intrepid explorers, young people who can't wait to start new adventures, in great style.
In the editorial shot by Andrea La Medica, the New Explorers are portrayed in their natural habitat, between the shores of the lake and the mountains that surround it. A new generation of explorers who decide to leave the noisy city streets, to enjoy the silence - and the laughter - of a day spent outdoors, ready to face every challenge, every step, every climb.
The collection becomes the perfect uniform for this total dive into nature, ensuring comfort and style in all circumstances. FILA wants to give us a carefree summer, full of forgotten adventures and new territories to explore.
