Who will write the new Inter Milan anthem?

Inter's revolution coincided with the victory of the 19th Scudetto, a trophy that the club had been missing from the 2009-10 season. The rebranding of Inter closes the circle with a victory that gives even more value to the evolutionary process that does not only involve the aesthetic appearance of the Nerazzurri. The new Italian champions are also ready to change the anthem, the club's symbolic song whose history has not always been very clear. Although everyone recognizes "Pazza Inter Amala" as the team's anthem, the official version since 2002 is "C'è solo l'Inter" composed by Elio - a great Inter Milan fan - and played by Graziano Romani. "Pazza Inter" will arrive only in 2003, when the players of the squad of that season such as Zanetti, Cordoba, Ventola, Crespo, Recoba, Maicon recorded this song which will be followed by the official anthem at every home match of Inter.

The anthem revolution - which has nothing to do with Conte's words about being a "less crazy" team - involved several artists linked to the Nerazzurri colors. According to the many rumors that have been chasing each other in recent days, the proposals of Max Pezzali, Povia and Merk & Kremont  (written with Eddy Veerus) have arrived in the new HQ of Inter Milan in Via della Liberazione. At the moment, the proposal of the founder of the legendary 883 seems to have the advantage, written by Pezzali, produced by Claudio Cecchetto and sung by Mirko Mengozzi, official speaker of the club and Inter Milan voice of San Siro. But the proposals could come from many directions, considering the many artists who support Inter: from Bocelli to Manuel Agnelli, from Enrico Ruggeri to Vasco Rossi, from Ligabue to Celentano, passing through Zilli, Renga, Grignani and Vecchioni.

If on the one hand the name of the new anthem echoes that of the crest campaign launched a month ago (I M Inter), on the other hand Inter could continue the trend of the new generations and break away from the classic musical names. Internationalization could pass through an official collaboration with a name like Tijs Michiel Verwest, better known in the world as Tiësto. The Dutch DJ on his last world tour played in China and Mexico with the Inter shirt - for the 2019-20 season - and declared himself a Nerazzurri fan. Therefore, a first "modern" version of the anthem of an Italian team could arrive.
