The 2019 French Women's World Cup is about to begin and Nike, which sponsors as many as 14 National teams out of 24, has just launched 'Dream Further', a spot that immediately brought us back over the years, reminding us of some famous clip of the past. This time, however, in place of the various Ibrahimovic, Cristiano Ronaldo and Rooney there are 10 female football players who are ready to take part in the maximum International tournament, in the company of the true protagonist, Makena Cook. The baby girl is literally taken by the hand and introduced into the world of football by the greatest champions older than her, following a very specific motto: 'Don't change your dream. Change the world'. Cook, who is just ten years old, wears a special shirt: the 'Dream Further' jersey, the first shirt designed specifically for girls.
In the video there are the Australian Sam Kerr, the Brazilian Andressa Alves, the Chinese Wang Shuang, the English Fran Kirby, the French Amandine Henry, Grace Geyoro and Marie-Antoniette Katoto, the German Sara Däbritz, the Dutch Lieke Martens and Danielle van de Donk, the Nigerian Asisat Oshoala, the South Korean Ji So-Yun and the American Crystal Dunn, but also a former player like the English Alex Scott and three Barcelona players: Coutinho, Neymar and Gerard Piqué.
