Gianluca Vacchi opened a kebab restaurant chain It's called Kebhouze and will arrive in early December in Milan and Rome

Kebhouze is the name of the new kebab chain opened by Gianluca Vacchi, the entrepreneur and human meme with over 41 million followers between Instagram and TikTok. The intuition behind the new food brand concerns, as Vacchi himself pointed out, a neglected area of the street food sector: with the huge amount of burgers, hot dogs, poke, pizza and ice cream branded the world of kebabs, a very popular food throughout Italy (especially at four in the morning), did not own its own brand – at least so far.

To make the announcement of the birth of the new brand was Vacchi who brought to his villa in Bologna Keb, a mascot over 2 meters high with a large head in the shape of a kebab with a crown on his head. In a subsequent video, which also appeared on social media, the entrepreneur and the mascot signed together the constitution of the company in front of a notary – in fact it would seem that behind the mask of the mascot hides the real business partner of Vacchi, perhaps another VIP who wants to remain incognito. In another video, Vacchi also tasted live the first kebab of his life – which was also what convinced him to open the new chain.

The main novelty comes on the ingredients side, with the possibility of ordering chicken kebabs but above all of Irish Black Angus. «There is a problem of distrust towards the kebab. I had it too», told us Vacchi. «After tasting kebab for the first time in my life at our food trials, I realized that there really isn't a simpler dish than this». The project is therefore that of a modern kebab in all respects, including environmental sustainability: the food packaging is completely eco-friendly, including the natural waters in tetrapack branded Kebhouze, while all the meat comes from Italian companies. At the moment, five contemporary openings of the new food restaurant chain are planned already in December, three of which in Milan, in Corso Buenos Aires, in the Sarpi area and in Porta Genova and two stores in Rome, inside the Euroma2 Shopping Center and in Via Ostiense. But many more will follow in the following months.
