A TV series about Audrey Hepburn's life is coming soon

Elegant, generous, friendly, talented, unique. Audrey Hepburn is perhaps the most beloved icon in the world. Now his life, according to what was announced by Variety, will become a TV series produced by Wildside, the company already behind successes such as The Young Pope and My brilliant Friend. The project that should focus on the early years of the protagonist of Breakfast at Tiffany, from childhood in Holland to the arrival in Hollywood, will be written by Luca Dotti, son of the actress in collaboration with the journalist Luigi Spinola. A few years ago, the couple has already been the author of Audrey at Home, Memories of My Mother's Kitchen, a collection of notes, anecdotes and recipes from Hepburn.

The book revealed unusual details about the life of the woman, such as her naive allure and enthusiasm as a child or the passion for Raffaella Carrà and junk food, an intimate portrait that offers Audrey in a new, unreleased look, the same mood that the series would like to bring on the screen. It seems that the Wildside project could enter production in 2020, but betting has already begun on who will play the most beloved icon of the '900.
