The Kappa Cup is coming to Naples

A Saturday afternoon in the heart of Posillipo between five-a-side football, beers and a third time all together

The Kappa Cup is coming to Naples A Saturday afternoon in the heart of Posillipo between five-a-side football, beers and a third time all together

Having archived the first leg, played on Saturday 14 May at the M6 sports centre in Milan, it is now time to think about the next one. This Saturday in fact, the Kappa Cup, the special triangular competition created by Kappa to celebrate the ritual that makes five-a-side football an oasis of peace and brotherhood, will land in Naples, at the Cabyria Green Park in Viale Virgilio 12 in the heart of Posillipo with a spectacular view over the Gulf of Naples.

We will be playing for the trophy as well as Cozy Community and Barrio, whose shirt was elected by our community as the best of the tournament, through a vote on our social page. As happens at every stage of the Kappa Cup, each team will wear a customised jersey created for this occasion by Mc Design, one of the three Italian kit creators selected by the Italian brand. We will therefore see if the Neapolitan collective will be able to confirm their success on the field as well, but we can assure you that it will not be easy. Kick-off is set for 5 p.m. and it will be possible to follow the progress of the various matches and much more on the dedicated website.

As happened in Milan and as will happen in Rome, also in Naples the event will not end once the matches are over and the trophy is awarded to the winning team. Immediately after the matches it will be time to refresh oneself with an aperitif on the pitch, creating that relaxed atmosphere that characterised the first leg, where having fun and being together, creating a community on and off the pitch between jeers, beers and the inevitable locker room chats.

Once the aperitif is over, Barrio, one of the artistic communities that enlivens and defines the city's identity will have the arduous task of making the participants dance, putting aside for just a moment the tiredness derived from the matches. In short, the Naples date is less and less to go, the entrance will be open to anyone who wants to have fun and enjoy that oasis of green peace where there is only the ball, the pitch and the friends of a lifetime.
