50 Cent filed for bankruptcy.
The American rapper, born Curtis Jackson, presented the documents to ask for bankrupt in Connecticut, declaring between 10 and 15 million dollars of debts. 5 millions are the ones he owes to Lavinia Jackson, wife of rapper Rick Ross who denounced 50 Cent over accusations that he acquired a sex tape made by her and her boyfriend and then posted it online. The other debts concern other activities of the rapper. Few people know that he is in the beverage industry owning stocks of Vitamin Water, the firm which in 2007 was bought by the Coca Cola group making him earn very good money. But apparently the rapper wasn’t able to deal with all this money.
Ironic for someone whose mantra has always been “Get Rich Or Die Trying”…
