Il Grande Venerdì di Enzo is back for its 2026 edition La creatività italiana si incontra in 14 città per costruire il futuro
The world of creativity is coming together once again for one of the most anticipated events of the year. On Friday, June 5, 2026, the spotlight returns to Il Grande Venerdì di Enzo, the largest nationwide portfolio review organized by ADCI – Art Directors Club Italiano and dedicated to the memory of Enzo Baldoni. Now in its 27th edition, the initiative continues to serve as a key reference point for students, young professionals, freelancers, and emerging talents seeking direct feedback from some of the leading figures in Italy’s creative industry. A unique opportunity to receive professional insights, refine portfolios, and build meaningful connections that can evolve into real career opportunities.
In an industry constantly shaped by new technologies, languages, and communication trends, the dialogue between established professionals and emerging creatives has become increasingly valuable. This principle lies at the heart of Il Grande Venerdì di Enzo, an initiative created to encourage genuine and direct exchanges between those taking their first steps in the communications world and those who help define its standards and future directions every day.
Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to present their work to creative directors, art directors, copywriters, designers, and professionals from agencies, companies, and creative studios across Italy. The experience goes far beyond a simple portfolio review, becoming an opportunity for career guidance, mentorship, and personal growth. Over the years, numerous professional collaborations and job opportunities have emerged from meetings held during the event, confirming the tangible value of a format that continues to place people and talent at its center.
The 2026 edition marks another important step in the initiative’s expansion. This year, 14 cities will take part simultaneously, reflecting an increasingly widespread and well-established network that allows young creatives from across the country to participate without having to travel to major urban centers. From Milan to Palermo, Turin to Naples, and including Bologna, Florence, Genoa, Rome, Udine, Mestre, Messina, Cagliari, Taranto, and Francavilla al Mare, the project continues to strengthen its presence throughout Italy, supporting local creative communities and fostering new opportunities for connection. This growth is made possible thanks to ADCI’s Local Ambassadors, who play a fundamental role in organizing and coordinating activities in each city. Thanks to their contribution, Il Grande Venerdì di Enzo maintains a strong connection with local realities while preserving a shared national vision.
Among the most significant developments of the 2026 edition is the collaboration with Tucano, the historic Italian brand that, like ADCI, has recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. The Milan-based company, long recognized for the functional design of its accessories dedicated to urban and professional mobility, joins the initiative as Portfolio Partner, further strengthening the relationship between creativity, innovation, and professional development.
The partnership is built on a shared vision: viewing the portfolio not simply as a collection of projects, but as a tool capable of expressing identity, skills, and ambitions. A true professional passport through which every creative presents their vision and talent to the world. The meeting of two organizations that share Milanese roots, a long-standing history, and a strong international outlook sends an important message of support for new generations and for the future of Italy’s creative industry.
