Kim Kardashian to star in a thriller After American Horror Story, the star returns to acting

Five studios clashed this weekend to acquire the rights to the new thriller written by Natalie Krinsky, produced and starring Kim Kardashian. Amazon, one of the competing companies, reportedly secured the title, ensuring the film's future release on the company's streaming platforms. Not much is known about the film, but according to Deadline, it was specially created for Kim Kardashian and is the second biggest project sold after the SAG-AFTRA strike featuring the California entrepreneur, following The Fifth Wheel, bought by Netflix last November. This will be Kardashian's third project in the acting world, following her television appearances as the lead alongside her sisters in the reality show centered on America's most followed family.

Natalie Krinsky, the author of the thriller just acquired by Amazon, has previously worked on acclaimed series such as Gossip Girl and Grey’s Anatomy, as well as the recent Sony Pictures release, The Broken Hearts Gallery. Alongside Krinsky and Kardashian, the thriller will feature the support of Made Up Stories, the production house of Bruna Papandrea, which has supported numerous releases in recent years, such as Pieces of Her on Netflix, Anatomy of a Scandal, and Wolf Like Me. Working on the new thriller will further solidify Kim Kardashian's acting career, who has already starred in the cast of the twelfth season of American Horror Story, and will mark her debut in feature films alongside her participation in the upcoming comedy The Fifth Wheel.
