Where is Tyler, The Creator's new pop-up store located? Announced through the release of a new short film featuring Lil Yachty

Tyler, The Creator is far from being just a rapper; he is a multidisciplinary artist who consistently proves his competence in every field he ventures into like the GOLF le FLEUR brand, a venture that fully reflects an aesthetic he has worked on extensively: nail polish, perfumes, blazers, cardigans—this is how Tyler has codified the preppy 2.0 style, collaborating with clothing giants like Lacoste and Schott NYC. One of the main selling strategies of the brand involves setting up pop-up stores, which the artist values highly, as he considers traditional retail to be full of gaps, according to WWD. The new GOLF le FLEUR pop-up store lands in California, in Culver City, and will remain open for 12 days covering the entire Christmas period for the brand's entire (for now, California-only) community.

The refinement of his communication is precisely the aspect that Tyler has carefully cultivated during his maturation period. The artist has spoken about the incredible new short film featuring Lil Yachty and Maverick Carter, released simultaneously with the announcement of the new pop-up store. "I think Yachty is beautiful. I also think he has a very beautiful face with unique features. I like how he dresses; clothes always look good on him. And Maverick is one of the coolest people to me. The fact that he agreed to be part of this film means a lot." The outfits worn by Lil Yachty and Maverick Carter represent the versions that Tyler envisions for himself, and the garments represent what he would wear every day, the artist confessed to WWD.

We are certainly not new to the release of short films curated by Tyler, The Creator, nor are we surprised by the meticulousness with which they are made. Therefore, one of Tyler's next steps could be to explore the cinematic realm with his first film. The relationship between cinema and hip hop from this perspective began to stir when the news emerged that Frank Ocean would direct a film for the production house A24, and given the strong friendship between the two, we will likely see a film co-directed by Ocean and Tyler in the future.
