The new Montblanc x Naruto collection celebrates the art of writing

Since its first appearance 20 years ago, the Japanese manga and anime series Naruto has captured the imagination of fans around the world with its colourful narration of the adventures of the young ninja Naruto Uzumaki. Montblanc, whose roots have always been in the culture of writing, celebrates the art of creative storytelling and the cultural influence of Naruto with the Montblanc x Naruto collection of writing instruments and accessories, leather goods and smartwatches. Fascinating characters and compelling stories: Naruto is one of the most successful manga series of all time, which to date has 250 million copies sold in 46 countries. The design of the collection underlines the importance of the transmission of knowledge through the relationship between Naruto and the more mature Jiraiya, hermit and mentor of the young protagonist. «Naruto is a cultural phenomenon that speaks to all generations because it imparts life lessons in a dynamic, compelling and accessible way. The collection includes a re-edition of an icon of the Maison, the Montblanc Meisterstück, a writing instrument that has served self-expression and creativity for generations. The Montblanc x Naruto Meisterstück Special Edition is available as a rollerball, ballpoint or fountain pen, with a gold nib embellished with a ruthenium finish and with the "Village hidden among the leaves" symbol in yellow gold. In addition to the writing instrument, there is also a special orange ink in a glass bottle and a precious notebook decorated with Naruto. The leather accessories also include a shoulder pouch, a chest pouch and a mini reporter bag to be worn over the shoulder, as well as a tote bag and a case with wrist strap. Each accessory features the image of Naruto and/or Jiraiya on black leather, while the orange leather interior is decorated with calligraphic symbols. Small leather accessories include a 3-compartment pocket card holder, a compact wallet, a pen case, a leather belt with an M-shaped buckle and a key ring, as well as smart accessories including an iPhone 13 case and a case for Air Pods. The Montblanc x Naruto Summit 3 smartwatch features Naruto animations on the display.
