Slam Jam Socialism Pape Satàn Undercover Editorial

"Life in the hive puckered up my night,?the kiss of death, the embrace of lifeî

Slam Jam Socialism presents UNDERCOVER spring-summer 2015 collection with "Pape Satàn", an exclusive editorial between sacred and profane.

The Italian retailer chooses the model Alexandr Mizev and the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of San Luca on top of the hills of Bologna as model and as the ideal set to tell the work of Jun Takahashi.

With its 666 vaults of arcade, the longest in the world, the eighteenth century building recalls the number of the devil, symbolizing the snake, which according to the Holy Bible will end up crashed by the Virgin.

This climate of mysticism, shadow and light, good and evil, sacred and profane perfectly embodies the psychedelic mood and blacks, evocative tones of Television's music, in particular of their masterpiece "Marquee Moon", the protagonist and inspiration for the collection of UNDERCOVER.
