Gianvito Rossi's Twenty Years Celebrated with the New SS27 Collection With an exclusive event curated by Villa Eugenie

During Milan Fashion Week, Gianvito Rossi chose Palazzo Serbelloni to present the new Spring/Summer 2027 collection and simultaneously celebrate an important milestone: the Maison's twentieth anniversary. Among the evening's guests — with the event curated by Villa Eugénie — were Naomi Watts, Mariacarla Boscono, Luisa Ranieri and Paloma Elsesser, gathered in the rooms of the historic Milanese palazzo for a presentation built around the idea of Italian luxury that has always defined the brand.

The new collection draws its inspiration from the world of a summer aperitivo — its warmth and the effortless ease of those hours when the day slowly gives way to evening. Satin, crystals and intricate embroidery run throughout the collection, adding luminosity and texture, while fringes move around the silhouettes to create more fluid and unexpected volumes. The palette follows the same balance between rigour and spontaneity. Black and praline, closer to the Maison's classic vocabulary, are joined by fuchsia, aquamarine and powder pink — brighter tones that emphasise a sophisticated femininity without weighing it down.

The Milan evening also provided an opportunity to look back on the first twenty years of Gianvito Rossi, founded in 2006 and over time become one of the most recognisable names in contemporary Italian footwear. To mark the anniversary, the Maison also presented Gianvito Rossi. My Shoes, the new volume published by Rizzoli, which traces the brand's history through its most iconic creations.
